Hi-I’m Peter Vogel. In my 30+ years of experience, mostly in the retail and wholesale sectors, I’ve learned a lot. In my heart, I’m a Merchandise Capitalist. I love to search for new products and feel the creative buzz you get when you find them and figure out the best way to sell them! Most of my career was at a unique 10,000 sq ft specialty store in a college town focusing on Fashion, Gift and Home products for young at heart women. Other leadership roles were at a 20+store chain, Ricky’s NYC, and in store level management at Toys R Us.

In this next chapter I help businesses improve their bottom line by using analytics better and through small changes to merchandising and operations. This I call Detailed Thinking. To Retail is to Detail! I’m pragmatic and results driven. My experience includes 25+ years of buying; refining systems with others or develop them from scratch; merchandising including display, planograms, marketing & advertising; store and stockroom layout; replenishment (single and multi-store); business operations including training strategies & materials and all aspects of day to day operations. When you grow up in the store, you learn it all. Please contact me to discuss how fresh eyes can increase your bottom line.
